GDT: 8/3/20 - 4:00PM EDT - Washington vs Tampa Bay [Round Robin Game 1]

good game,not as gritty as other do-or-die games,but still good game. Think i didnt like it was Killorn,i didnt like him last three games I was watching he was kinda rusty and totally lost. ALso COleman,needs to stop being shy.Hes a goal scorer he need to play his game,he was good bu we expect more from him. GG Bolts))

This is what I'm hoping for. Too many times in the past they've tried too hard to just throw him in like he hasn't missed a beat. Don't really want to disrupt that nice chemistry Kuch and Point seem to be having.
 
Overall, we played pretty well. We let in 2 bad ones, which was almost 3 if not for Maroon, but if we keep taking gradually steps forward, we should be good for the 1st round.

Agreed. I'd at least start him with Cirelli and Killorn. Only issue is they are the shutdown line usually. But it at least makes them a scoring threat as they will wanna put someone on Stamkos for his star power alone. Which then opens the ice for another line or other players

I'd do what Pittsburgh and Toronto do with loading up a shift after a PK or at the end of a period and put the big three together

Boston's next. Just as Washington was a step up from Florida, I'd expect Boston to be a step up from Washington. Almost a guarantee that's going to be a physical and more intense game since there's no love between our teams.

We seem to be more physical with Boston than we do Washington. Should be an interesting game though.

Boston doesn't scare me since they are basically a one line team, but Washington always scares me because they can score and beat the crap out of you
