I give much credit to those players who can really develope their game at the highes level. One of the best examples for me is Joel Armia. He was the next Teemu Selänne in Finnish hockey talk before Laine. A scoring, skilled forward in the league. Struggled very much during his first years in NA, and now he's one of the best penalty killers and bottom sixers at the league. Just a total 180 turn for his player profile. Most of those guys like him basically return to Europe after few years (maybe Kravtsov?!). Rarely you see guys just changing their style and learning to stay at the highes level. And he didn't use to be. He worked at it and evolved it in his game. He deserves a LOT of credit for that
Nobody is going to deny he is good in front on the PP, unfortunately aside from that, he’s been useless and invisible at ES, pretty much his MO these days.
Power play is different then 5v5 pal
Good on him. Focus on hockey and you can thrive.DeAngelo Gordie Howe hat trick!
