We dont know yet if Zucc will be a healthy scratch, in my opinion he should play and Fast should sit.
 
Usually when the Rangers are idle this long I'm craving the next game.
But this ....... this was more like waiting on an impending colonoscopy.

Now, even more than his draft year, I want the Rangers to have drafted Jack Campbell instead of Dylan McIlrath....and I really really wanted them to do it then.

Hopefully Miller can bring a little physicality and net presence to the Brassard-Pouliot combo. Fancy passing is nice and all, but if nobody is near the net it's rarely going to lead to anything.
 
So funny I cant believe how many have jumped ship already after 7 games..Look at the posts in this thread what a bunch of front runners...When they get healthy we will be a play off team that said I am disgusted about toughness level and not sticking up for each other but hopefully that will be addressed.

If the line mates are Pyatt and Boyle I think Fast is the better man.Lets face it, that line isn't going to score so why not play someone who is a decent forechecker.
 
This should serve as a wake-up call to Zucc. Stop trying to make the perfect pass and take the shot if you have the opportunity. His compete level has also dipped since the first few games of the season.
 
Fasth is being asked to be a 3rd or 4th line energy player...hes doing his job.

MZA is asked to be a top 6 point producer. he isnt doing his job.

why should a guy who is doing his job lose his job to someone who isnt?

It's almost 10% into the season, and they have only two wins...plus Hank has been GARBAGE and he's out for some vague reason, and Nash is out who knows how long... I miss Gaborik ugh.

If this team ever gets its act together, they will be keeping our blood pressure at dangerous levels until they MAYBE clinch a spot in the last game of the season. :rant:

One good thing about NY, if the Rangers sink into the mud you can always become an Islanders fan...or even a Devils fan :D

I think Talbot is going to do surprisingly well tonight. I just hope everyone else around him shows up..
