Hope you got prepped because now you get to see the penalty kill, which might be worse.

Goal for next year is to acquire enough professional depth for me to never see Harkins in the NHL for the Ducks again.

Do I get some sort of virtual reward for this like I got for "surviving" the HFBoards crash a couple hours ago?

I don't hate him. I just don't think he works with Leo and I don't think he should be on the number 1 powerplay. If we had a dedicated shutdown line he'd be a solid fit there. He's an underrated penalty killer.
Fair, I think he’s a good mentor for Leo this season personally.

Next year I want an upgrade

Leo on the PK ? We are close to getting there ..

On using Carlsson on the penalty kill

Yeah, there's just stuff that obviously I have an advantage from my playing days to kind of relate and one of the things is that Leo's long. He's got the long reach, he's a really smart player. There's certain things that I look at on penalty killing that is advantageous. I also see Cutter doing the same thing, being involved in the penalty killing. One of the things that puts power plays on edge is knowing that the players they're playing against have the ability to knock the puck down, take it the other way and score shorthanded. That hinders the effectiveness of power plays knowing that they have to be careful in how they attack and if there are turnovers it could go in their net.

We're rarely on the positive side of these shot graphics and just shows how the Bruins are lacking a whole lot of talent right now, especially on their blue line. Kudos to the Bruins netminder for keeping it the Ducks out of the net for the most part.

Eh I don't really think we've seen the results of that. If anything there was a stretch this year where Leo looked frustrated on occasion when Killorn would flub receptions of his passes or when Killorn would miss him with passes well wide (but I also think a lot of Leo's frustration was aimed at himself). I mean I don't think we can say either way since we're not on that bench or in the room, but Leo didn't really flip a switch until the Four Nations.

I think Killorn is a useful player. I know it seems like I rag on him a lot but it really just comes down to that. Leo and Killorn connecting for dangerous plays or converted goals feels more like a blind squirrel finding an acorn every now and then. And his spot on PP 1 is just not deserved imo given his puck management inconsistency. I'm all for having him on PK1 for the time being though. We'll see what his condition is like next season at 36 YO
