I can figure out the f***ing numbers idiots, I don't need name tags

They are wearing numbers and the play by play is saying their name, is it for the deaf? So dumb
IKR? It's almost like I can't enjoy anything in life anymore. Everything is awful. My wife's boyfriend never puts dishes in the dishwasher. It's right there! It only takes 2 seconds!

Looks like Tort-f*** stopped playing Forester and Zamula. "Oh no we have a chance to be good; stop playing the youth"

Can somebody pull up the advanced analytics proving that the Flyers should be losing?

I can't believe they scored on the PP. Was that the one where the ref basically gave the Flyers a free goal they didn't deserve? Pathetic.

No - Couturier scored on the PP. The defense coverage was so bad. They just let him stand there. Any beer league player could have scored that one!

Flyers out-shooting Wild 21-5. But ESPN Hockey is painful. Leah Hextall auditioning for Addams Family 3 and asking Torts about his jacket.

Flyers were dominating the metrics until they went up 3-0, then it looks like they relaxed.
Both PP goals only used 1:34 of PP time.

Elliot Friedman mentioned that there are successful teams utilizing their fourth line to literally make nothing happen at all. Hopefully forechecking, not counted on to score… but to buy time. Not defending the 4th line - and someone who knows the stats better than I do - but has our 4th line been scored on a ton? Asking out of ignorance

Whether that’s a good game plan is another discussion
I think they've only been scored on once, but they also haven't scored themselves.

They're getting outchanced, though. They're not a line built for long term success, but they will be given plenty of leeway to build chemistry together.

I’m still confident the Flyers will fall back to earth as injuries happen and teams come into their own. I hate rooting for the Flyers to lose but winning games this year does nothing in the long run.

The advanced stats at 5v5 are pretty interesting.

They are loosing the scoring chances battle at 5v5 13 to 16 and the total shot count 34 to 37.xGF is pretty equal, with Flyers edging them out slightly by the equivalent of 1 really good shot.

Power play has been the significant difference so far.
