Is he though? I don’t think Howden is particularly strong defensively. Works hard and blocks shots but that’s about it. Man, he’s always out of position and seems like any time he’s out there it turns into a fire drill of giveaways, scrambling and failed clears. A lot of the same issues I have with Lemieux too.

At least he does those, Kakko pretty much does nothing. Which isn't surprising when you look at his playing from last season, but some of this stuff he should've picked up by now. I mean I think he's slightly better but not good enough to be in the top 6 with that lack of defense.
