I think when you are talking about a rookie drafted this year, you are going to get some slack. Especially since it's not like he's taking away a spot from someone better in Hartford. We have been spoiled a bit by players who are jumping into the NHL right after their draft.

But that is the thing though, before they brought up Shesty, Hank and Georgie were basically neck to neck stat wise with a slight edge for Hank. Quinn then went with Shesty and Georgie rotation and Hank played like 2 games in the last 2 months. Quinn didnt give him the chance to play and getting into rythm. No goalie can sit for months and then expect to perform. Since Shesty went injured Georgie has been below average. So has Hank but Georgie gets opportunity after opportunity. Ergo, this is by design from the management to force Hank out.

I'll always love this team but this a black spot that I'll never forget. Henrik deserved better

Fair enough. They just made this guy sound as NHL ready as Laine was when drafted. You can see why this is so disappointing.
