He should just jump a guy to get the fans attention. Should have started a fight when it was 2-0 Flyers. At 5-1 he is waistng energy. Guys like him should know when to fight to change momentum of the game, yea at 4-0 would have done that, too little too late. Should have done that earlier in the game. Lemmy should know better. He isn't a rookie.

He should know his opponent too, AV doesnt like fighting in the game and he will be telling them to turn the other cheek.

Kind of wish Buch was the one with the broken rib & Shesty the one that got banged up.There was a confidence to this team with Shesty in net & the kid was as cool as a cucumber even when he would let one in.

We have holes all over the place now. I’m aiming for a complete, dynamic team 2-3 years from now. Kreider’s peak value in that contract is in the next 2-3 years where in my vision we aren’t quite ready yet.

He’s a good player but IMO he has more value for us as a trade chip.

As a New York sports fan, I am sick and tired of this “needing to respect so called legends”.
It’s absolutely pathetic to watch washed up athletes cost their teams games and seasons, while fans pine for the glory days, and seem to be okay with their “hero” looking awful.

So fans should not respect the legends, ok. Why not? Are the legends supposed to respect the team?
I guess you then also think players should have no team loyalty at all.

The slashing the stick penalty is the only one I'm mad about. The other was a weak ass call by what has proven to be bad officiating this afternoon.

This Nyr team isn't built like that. We have elite talent in every position. We just need to add depth and we'll be golden.

There is no doubt we will do that over next few years and our prospect pool is impressive plus 2 more 1st rounders this year. Good things ahead, no doubt in my mind.

That’s not necessarily the package we were getting but yes, that’s where we disagree.... I think Robertson and a first and second plus our own increased first make us a lot better long term, and without winning anything in the next 2 year since we don’t appear truly ready, it’s a no brainer from my perspective.

1. re-sign Fast for 3 years @ 2 mil
2. trade Strome for a 1st rounder?
3. buy out or retire Lundqvist
4. re-sign all the remaining RFAs
5. trade Lias
6. try to trade Smith and/or Staal
7. stay away from UFAs unless we can get somebody good short term and cheap
8. don't draft more than 1 Dman
9. keep Buchnevich
10. possibly trade Trouba

You miss my point.

If fans weren’t so damn nostalgic in NY, we wouldn’t see washed up players resigned and put in critical positions.
