You defend Hank no matter what including multiple horrendous goals against. Everyone on here knows it. Please try to not say otherwise. At least embrace the homerism if you are going to do it.

I played the game for 12 years as a goalie.

I wouldn't have been on my belly on the 3rd goal. He's not making big saves tonight. You gotta make big saves every game

And I don't even think the dude is playing horrible. He's just not playing well enough. Rask is making HUGE saves.

And look. He just makes ANOTHER huge save.

That doesn't mean the goalie gets a pass!

YES there were multiple guys at fault on that 3rd goal. Pinned tne entire shift, weak coverage in front

Step up and make a big save. Entire left side open and a professional flop.
 
What the **** happened? It was 1-1 they were dominating, now it's 3-1 when I turned it again. How did that happen? Lundqvist again leaving it all in the Olympics and sucking in the NHL?
 
I wish the Olympics never happened. Lundqvist gives way more of a **** about team Sweden than the NYR. Second time he turned into a giant turd after the Olympics.

There's guys at fault on every single play. You can always isolate a coverage breakdown. It's super rare for a goalie to just be the sole blamee.

But to act like Hank is God every game is nuts. He makes mistakes and this year, he's made more then usual. Pretty sure every Rangers fan has a man-crush on the guy, but he's allowed to be criticized when he doesn't give his team a chance to win.
 
Since few people here understand the game I just wanted to do my part.
The idea is to put the puck, that little black thingy sliding around, in the opponents net, behind where that Jason looking guy is standing, more times then the opposing team puts it past your own Jason. Glad I could help.

This is what happens when you dominate a 1st period against an experienced team and come away tied. Seen this movie more times than The Godfather.
 
My post from the Philly post-game thread: "What concerns me about a game like this is that philly took a physical game to the Rangers and it worked. Not only does that not bode well for us in a game that had a lot of meaning right now, but it also says a lot about our chances against the broons who are really the EC team to beat. A team that is at least as phyisical, has more scoring talent, better goal-tending and much better defense.
