GDT: #61 ⋅ ANA @ VAN ⋅ 7:30 PM PST

Vancouver is missing its best player, it's other best player traded, and it's other best player Space Jammed. They are possibly the most chaotic franchise going at the moment.
Oh I’m aware of what is happening in Van. It’s a must win, should win ? I don’t know, I’ve watched this sub basically say this team is garbage, everyone is underperforming, we are propped up by elite goaltending with nothing else all year. And bottom 3 advanced stats team shouldn’t win this game no matter the circumstances. Vancouver is not a bottom 3 team.

And the betting public has us at +160 / canucks -190.

I want us to win, I think we will win…. But we can and may lose.

And I just hope if that happens, people don’t go flying off the deep end like the season is pointless. 21 games left (after tonight) of key development in our young players. And still some “meaningful” games depending how they rebound.

The boys are basically playing tonight for a chance to be soft buyers at the deadline, rather than soft sellers.

I for one am just glad to be here, I hope we learned from Chicago and something from Edmonton come out strong and kick their ass.

But back 2 back on the road, division rival, team in front of you in the standings, pressure. All these things exist.

Starting off sluggish. The Canucks have had two very good scoring chances already within a minute of the start of the game.

Holy SHIT... Gibby steals one out of the air and catching it with his left hand behind him to prevent a goal!!! That's three SOGs by the Canucks.

OMG Gibby!

He looked like this on the ice:
