Does anyone think not having a captain makes a difference? I know Lundqvist is kind of the unofficial captain, but he's a goalie and not the best player on the team anymore. People love to say a team plays for each other, it doesn't matter if one person has a letter or not. I don't think the team has a big leadership problem, but I would love if they had one player (captain) who could rally the troops. Just one player who got massive balls and grit who can score and yell at the team to get off their asses and play. I don't think Zibanejad is that type of person (nice guy), people just want to give him the C because he had a great season last year.
