His play in that tournament was more than fine.

Laf made a hell of a play on that pass honestly. I mean K'Andre shouldn't have made it, but he knocked that thing out of mid air and kept control of it.

Didn't say it wasn't. He didn't look anywhere near what we are seeing now was the point. His possession and positioning was very green.

Blackwell looks decent, no idea why Rooney is playing and not Gauthier. Gauthier has the potential to be a 20 goal scorer eventually while Rooney looks like an AHL’er at best.
