Two thoughts about TDA. First -- Johnson is leaving him out to dry in almost every possible way. I feel really bad for him. Secondly -- when K'Andre scored, TDA immediately skated into the net to retrieve the puck. So, I think it's safe to say we were all Tony DeAngelo that period.

Blackwell has been very good and tics a lot of boxes for this team in relation to what we need. Good on FOs. RHS. Good skater. Can move the puck. Wouldn’t mind seing him centering a more prominent line....

I would think in emergency situations he could play with more offensive players- like when we used Dominic Moore as a top 6 c for a while during injuries.

Can't imagine he does it every game though unless he has a mid career revelation ala JAM

Id rather see.. anyone... anything... dressed and on the ice over him... put a gatorade bottle in a skate and throw it on the ice, at least it won’t take dumb penalty’s or pass the other team.
