The goalies are good, but the team is poorly coached and the talent appears to still be bottom tier.

By my count, you can make the argument that at least 4 of the 12 forwards in the lineup tonight will likely not be here next year and it's likely closer to half of them. The entire bottom 6 could be non-tendered and I likely wouldn't bat an eye.
