We need to make some moves after the break, we all know that, but I think individually, the players need to ask themselves what they want from this season, because this team is all over the place right now. No identity whatsoever.

I don't think we have ever seen a season where Maloney didn't make some sort of move(s). But I don't expect it will be anything significant.

Last season we dumped Sullivan and Torres for picks, and Lombardi for a long shot prospect/depth guy.

The last time we won back-to-back games was Jan. 16/Jan. 18. Before that, you have to go all the way back to Dec. 10/ Dec. 12.

I think we can solve the issue of consistency if we can weed out the players who aren't willing to play 'Coyotes Hockey' every game. There are a few players dragging down the team. Klinkhammer and Chipchura are two names. Solve this issue and we know how the team can play.

Whitney had a nice audition tonight. He'd be a great fit if the Stars fall out of the race. Maybe Fiddler too.

Lol we won't do anything at the deadline. This team has nothing of value aside from Boedker, OEL, Hanzal, Vermette and Z.

Doans useless anymore. Why we signed him to that deal is beyond me. I love the guy, I really do, but he's become non exisistant. No passion anymore. He lead by example by going out there and laying the body and forechecking like it was no ones business, but that doesn't happen anymore.

Why is Klinkhammer on this team? Moss? Korpikoski? We really do have a pretty poor roster. Not to mention some of you would like to see Whitney back? Why? That was two years ago when he had that connection with Hanzal and Vrbata, he's aged too, no thanks.

This team needs to pull off a seguin type trade. Get someone worth value that will actually do something for the team. Vermette is the only forward that had brought it almost every game this year.

Just a miserable bunch right now.

I am trying to give him the benefit of the doubt, I really am, but man he does nothing to change my mind about his play. He loses more puck battles than he wins, he gets taken off the puck more than he used, he's just not strong on his skates anymore. Not to mention he doesn't hit anymore. I can't remember the last time I have seen him lay a big hit. In fact, I don't remember the last time any coyote laid a big hit.

I'm in favor of this if we miss the playoffs. Something like Yandle for Eberle, Brayden Schenn, Krejci, etc. Those are just examples of course.

This is it, exactly. Unfortunately with Tippet at the helm, he has no patience for younger players. I mean could you imagine if we had Nichuskin? He'd never play.

Funny how now Doan is now the talk of "worthless contract" discussion seeing Smith is playing better now.

Anyways, the trade deadline is going to be of no help to us(I hope I'm wrong here). We need our players to get back from the Olympics healthy while the rest of the team gets well rested during the break if we are getting into the playoffs this season.
