We can only hope for that, but we know that Snow will not promote Pulock anytime this year, thus costing us a few wins and a likely playoff spot. But hey Snow is a great GM!!

We really need to be better in the defensive zone in order to take the next step. The inability to clear pucks, the lazy clears, and overall turnovers will be capitalized on by good teams. This is been a problem for a while now, not sure if it's scheme or personnel but it's so frustrating to watch.

Personnel. We have De Haan coughing up a puck with 4 seconds left in a period (which lost us 2 pts against Detriot), Hickey & Pelech who can't get the puck out of the zone... etc.

Isles need Hamonic back and one of Hickey or Pelech sat as a healthy scratch for Mayfield/Toews/Pulock. The D has been dreadful in the past 7 or 8 games outside of the Avs game, and they weren't even that good the Avs are just horrible.

Two right-handed together? Not sure about that. We can always break de Haan and Seidenberg and go:

All the mistakes we saw in the first can be corrected throughout the game with good coaching.

Lets see if Weight can pinpoint the problems, address them, and get the boys to score a couple next period

I like these pairings. Pulock as the PP QB is something we've been missing this year.

OT: Is Pulock eligible for the expansion draft if he plays over 9 games this season?

We have been giving up the first goal in games very often of late, which is funny because we are winning. In the beginning of the season we were scoring first in a majority of the games and losing
