Laughton has gotten caved in all year long now matter who he has played with. And he's been given cushy zone starts and piss weak competition. Having him in the lineup has not helped the team win games this season. Look at his numbers, not his draft position.

You can't have a supposed 3C who only wins 42% of his faceoffs, and has a 45 CF% despite getting 53% OZ starts.

Then send him to the AHL and bring one of the vets from there up.

What you don't do is scratch him so that a worse player can play. That isn't helping him or the team.

Either play him up here or play him down there. Simple as that.

That's why I don't understand why some people are willing to trade Simmonds or Schenn for a defenseman. Makes no sense.
We need more good forwards, not less.
