Interesting. So there are 3 guys on pace to break the KHL scoring record. Glad that one is a Detroit prospect, and hopefully the kid keeps on developing.
That list is for u22 seasons only, the guys ahead of him this year are all much older. Hes on pace for a historic season currently

I am not going to lie. At this point we really need this guy to hit.

If he did hit, it might save us from needing to offer Connor $80M-plus in a couple years just to think about signing. At the very least, it could discourage Yzerman from even considering extending DBC.

Buch has to sign soon if he's going to get a 3 year DLC. Got until Jan 1st. Then it will be a 2 year. That might very well be the reasoning behind the wait, with him having to buy himself out.

Buch is doing fine, but doing those records are nothing special, because the KHL level is nothing like in the old days. It's an easy league (in qualcomp) nowadays, probably worse than SHL and Swiss Leagues.

Yeah, I'm trying really hard not to get too excited. KHL is just not the same. All other European leagues got better after the war broke out aswell, which makes ASPs production special.

People will be pretty disappointed by Nishkin I reckon.

Scoring a side, Buch does pass the eye test, so I'm hopeful.
