December 6-12, 1971: Who’s Jumping To The WHA?

In this week’s show, we find out that several NHL players, including some of the biggest names in the game, are receiving significant offers to jump to the WHA next season, even Gordie Howe’s name is mentioned. We also hear that Tom Webster’s hockey career might be in jeopardy because of that back injury, and the Northern Ontario town of Kirkland Lake honours some of its native sons who have made their marks in the NHL.
