I thought Lassie Thompson signed in Europe?

Brannstrom, Kelly & Kachouk off the top of my head.

Thomson probably got one because he wasn’t going to sign it and since he isn’t occupying any cap space nor a contract slot there’s no downside to holding onto his rights in case he becomes a late bloomer in Europe.
