I have to say I know I like to bitch myself, but with the Giants being legit worst in the league over the last 5 years it's really annoying me that Rangers fans are as negative as Giants fans with a 2-1-1 record and a lead in the 5th game in an 82 game season. Seriously, the negativity is overbearing and I understand I often contribute to it but I need at least one board where people are suicidal and the Rangers haven't given us reason to be THIS negative.

It's brutal. My ignore button is getting a workout. It's like they never watched hockey before. New coach, new system, 2 top 6 guys injured, 5 out of first 6 on road. It's unbelievable really. They should go root for 3-0 Sabres.

They do, and there's a lot of evidence the Pack has squandered what should have been several championships by being very subpar on the coaching end and justifying not fixing it by pointing at the record Rodgers carried them to.

Not bad for the lineup we have out there. An average 4th line posing as a 3rd and our starting AHL line as a 4th.

It’s obvious when they are out there against the Johansson line it’s going to be one of those hold on to the couch moments

All in all it wasn’t a bad road period.
-shesty is in Verona form
-nils looks like a rookie on the defensive side (shocker)
- Hunt/Rooney should have been left on 4th line with Reaves. They didn’t spend a lot of time with goodrow in preseason.

-chytil looks good
- our PP isn’t looking good because Panarin and Zibby still have hit full gear and LaF hasn’t been on it in the last year

And I know it's rich coming from me who was freaking out over a preseason game (to be fair the team got dominated playing their top players against an AHL roster in the first period), but proclamations that we're a bad team 4 games in a 82 game season is just too much. Hockey fans are fortunate that there are 82 games and we're friggin 2-1-1!
