I agree we played much better that period.

I find it fascinating though that "the Blues are a top 5 team in the NHL", "the Sharks are a top 5 team in the NHL", "the Ducks are a top 5 team in the NHL" and "the Kings are a top 5 team in the NHL" yet we haven't played Chicago, Boston, Pittsburgh, etc.

We're playing a better game. And yes the Blues are off to a hot start. Can we stop making every opponent out to be goliaths?

Staal wasnt at fault on the last goal. It was Fast's man. You can clearly see Staal communicating that he was covering the trailer near Oshie.

Fast never backchecked. Plus, Boyle "Selke" Boyle was nowhere to be found because hes too slow in transition.

Transition and Coverage is killing this team. When Lundqvist is Lundqvist, it wont be an issue.

Gary gifted the Pens a fruitcake schedule to start the season, and naturally, theyre steamrolling through all the turds. The Rangers will be 10 points out of first place by the time they open at home.
