Satisfied with the group in general but I blew it by not paying attention and I drafted 4 guys from Dallas. So if anyone is interested in making an early swap and likes Robertson, Duchene, Heiskanen, or Harley, let me know. I'm only looking for even swaps as I think I can otherwise manage around it.

I was about to take a flyer on Michkov and the option disappeared. I said to myself “I bet Ed got him.”😂

I would do something around Miro H. Your center depth is a little thin & I have an abundance of them.

Well, whoops! First pick 14 OA Josi, then right after Bouchard at 15. Well my defense will score points. And that's about it!

Possibly, but it would have to be a deal with a decent D coming back. I think it's easier to find a plug-an-play center for a couple weeks than it is to find a good defenseman.

I’d do a forward for Harley.

Big trade already going down, amazing.
I don't make a ton of trades but Ed and I do good business. I think last year we did a trade around Ovechkin to him and Trocheck to me. It worked out well for both of us.

When I'm trading, I don't get too cute. I try to limit the amount of guys moving, I ask if the guy I'm getting fills a need, am I really willing to trade the guy I'm moving out, and is the value fair for both sides. If the answers are yes I'll pull the trigger. I don't know Ed's logic but he seems to be on the same page. A lot of people seem to hold out, hold out, until they think they have a deal where they're a clear winner.

Robertson for Zibanejad is a one for one where both guys are looking for bounce backs. Robertson probably has the higher upside potential but Zibanejad has more of a history and has the added potential of this maybe being his final chance with his buddies. They were basically completely even last year. I think it's very fair.
