I'm very pleased with his performance since his return from being a healthy scratch. Looks like that really woke him up.

I'd like to see his shot functional again but he's been doing nice things, instead of Umbergering around the rink.

I think it's safe to say that 20 goal Read is gone forever, but he could be a nice third line option for the rest of his contract if he continues to play at this level.

If he can get back to the 10-15 goal range and be strong defensively i'd be happy.

I've had to miss a few games of late but this strikes me as easily his best NHL game so far.

Instead of just staying afloat/keeping up, he's consistently making positive contributions and being in control.
