Looking at the schedule i would think since we have to play like 5 games in 8 days then take time off, he's showing up for 3 of them and then seeing how his body is during the break.

Yeah I saw the bottom of that pic and was like, holy shit...it survived!
Now, the bird that hit my truck in the same spot...not so much. I had to remove that poor bird in chunks during 35c weather after it being stuck under there for 4hrs without my knowledge. Good times. Great smells.

I had me a Squirrel encounter where he fell off a branch as I was driving and his face was so comical it was sad he died. I actually pulled over to see if he was okay. He was strong enough to crawl to the side of the road where he died. Was bummed the rest of the day.

Yeah that bird, I didn't mean to hit it, but it hit the car so hard and so fast, I didn't register any sound and it was flying so low there was no way I could avoid it.

Yeah the Coyotes have a pretty nice facility for visiting teams, usually they are cramped like crazy in older buildings, but this one is on the newer side. Although, not that new, I think it's about 17-18yrs old now?

Extra concerning since the penguins have said he’s playing the last two nights and we’re not getting ourselves all worked up over nothing. I don’t understand why a professional athlete playing a physical sport would practice for a few days if he’s not ready to return to the lineup immediately

Meh. League isn't what it used to be.
Everyone sticks to hockey for the most part now.
I'm betting the plan was to get him into this game when they boarded the plane but that sick day where he didn't skate at all put the timetable back a game or 2.
'Nother rope a dope game.
