He has been better, but people need to start be more objective about it.

Talbot hasn't been the best goaltender in the NHL. Or close to it. He is 9-3 facing lower seeded teams (every back up does) and the team generally plays well.

The best team he faced was MTL, where he had one of the easiest shutouts I had ever seen, and wasn't even the #1 star because the shutout was that easy.

He followed that game up with a 17 save shutout against NSH, where the game was so easy, he wasn't even recognized as one of the three stars of the game.

He has faced much lower competition overall.
Nobody ever said Talbot was great. They simply said he has outplayed Hank which is true

Doc and Pierre. And we're facing the Blackhawks. I don't think this is going to be a fun night.

I love the old school players with no helmets, hair rigidly parted to the side with a dab of Brylcreem

The blackhawks play fats but they will also give up a lot of open ice. If kreider and nash are on their games we should ahve a alot of scoring chances

I say we do Doc counts.

I'll count ricochets. 1.

Volunteer for other awful Doc verbal crutches.

Alright, clench your buttcheeks because it's gonna be a long night.
