Yes, you're correct. All goalies, myself included should stop breakaways, and every shot for that matter. But in reality this doesn't always happen. Hockey is a game where goals are scored.

To another point, Lundqvist has NEVER once called out the team in front of him for their piss-poor play. He always takes the high road, and blames himself.

He is a classy professional in every sense of the word.

Simply not true. He talks about the team giving them too many chances all the time. The team aside from him gives up the chances, he has to stop them.

Somethng I've noticed about Carcillo that I really like and don't ever remember him doing for the Flyers, is keeping his stick on the ice.

Minimizes penalties, boots neutral zone defense, just a little thing that is overlooked by alot of players.

Great tool for a 4th line player as well.

Blockers used to all look like waffleboards, this is why Doc says that when goalies use it to block a puck. Still really annoying.
