I hope we get a new coach with a better system that promote puck possession - we are chasing most of the 2nd. and it must be extremely frustrating for the players. It do not look promising when Chytil & Lias are going to learn how to play in NHL chasing the puck all the time.

Puck possession and cycling would do wonders for like 11/12 of our forwards

Maybe we don't have the horses to adjust, meaning we might not score enough if we play a different system. I mean, Dallas changed coaches and became a good defensive team, so it's possible.

At 22, too early to prognosticate that ADA isn't an NHL player. He's got a little less than 50 NHL games under his belt and it remains to be seen if he can figure it out.

Graves might be a victim of the depth chart. Not sure he makes this team any time in the near future.

Chytil and Andersson will both be on the roster next year, IMHO.

Oh enough with the nonsense about structure. It obvious they don’t have the horses. To many DD and Nieves kind of forwards, players who never score. They have at least 4 forwards that are borderline NHL players, from Carey to Lettieri to Nieves to DD and Nash can’t score anymore. Add Hayes and McDonagh out of the lineup along with Kreider and what the heck do you expect?

Duncan Keith played his first NHL game at age 22. Not saying ADA will be Duncan Keith, but some defenseman take longer to figure it out.
