Yeah because it's their instinct to focus on the puck. But they need to fight that and focus on the danger man. McDavid is thinking like 80% pass, 20% shot right now. It's not like his 64 goal year where you didn't know what he'd do.
And even if he shoots from a good position, that's preferable to these east and west passes to Drai. Gives Ned a chance.
