If GG played Reaves-Goodrow-Rooney for 15 mins of the 3rd period to send a message I wouldn't have a problem. But overall we have to keep rolling lines, and while guys like Mika, CK, Panarin and Strome have been crap, they still at least occasionally look like doing something offensively. That's the big difference. KK and Laf just don't anything, like in any zone. We are almost at the point we should raffle their spot in the line-up to fans each night

This is one of the dopiest posts written in a long time. This demolition is in no way the fault of the kids who are barely playing in this game. Both are very responsible defensively.

Right now they dont have the speed to blow past players, and dont have the strength needed for a power forward. They are in a weird spot. Need to get stronger and/or faster. Ideally both

See, Kreider is a perfect example of a guy who honed his unique set of skills to become the best player he could be at this level despite some limitations. How he did that in this f***ing organization is beyond me, but that's exactly what almost nobody else we develop does.

That's my hope with the kids. That they survive the Rangers and keep growing year on year. It's clear that the way the Rangers do it people will have to be patient with the kids, especially the forwards.
