Our transition game must be fixed. This team is slow as it is but when it fails at moving the puck quickly it just kills the game. That's the root of the 5v5 issues.

Canes' forecheck is off the charts though, and we're just not that great at moving the puck and we don't build up speed until the second pass.

There is no assertiveness with our young players. Seems like they are going through the motions. I dont sense any urgency to show up.
