He has been all over the place defensively and seems to be confused on what side he is playing. He is really struggling with the man/man.

But in the previous 3-4 games he was more solid and he has connected on a lot of really crisp passes.

for me he seems like a guy with alot of skill, but not the head (mental ability) to match it.. hopefully he will become a great two way d with more experience..

You don't need 80+ point players to be competitive. Kings and Bruins didn't have any

Kopitar is a 80ish Points kind of guy. 76 Points Counts as 80 imo. Carter is also an extremly good sniper. Mike Richards isnt bad either. The Bruins got so much Depth and great D/goalies. We can never be like the bruins. The only way for NYR to be a contender is to sign a player like Gabby in his twenties. Thats my point
