We're getting shredded in the neutral zone because of our gaps. And we basically have two plays to get into the zone.

This system continues to fail over and over and yet still no adjustments..
This system is obsolete BUT it can work if the coach adds a new scheme skating backwards.
Instead Gorton just keeps replacing the assistant coaches rather than addressing the real problem....

I think it's operating under the assumption that the refs don't miss the penalty.

But because you can't review missed penalties...
