Zibanejad is terrible this year. Basically same situation as Pettersson except he's also terrible defensively

Eriksson Ek also has a down year but at least he's only a 3rd line center and is good defensively.

Leo Carlsson, 30 point forward who lost his swagger, 3 points in the last 14 games.

Wild fan here. JEE started the season out very well, then got injured, and hasn't been the same since. Still physical and a vg defensive C, but doesn't have much speed, or offense. Gus has been playing better. Has the odd stinker, but is vg. Brodin has been out with injury, but looks just fine since coming back. Still has his wheels. He is a great defender, especially against speed. He gives McDavid fits.

Atleast Zibby’s been producing lately, and EP is steady on defense. Gotta use the wingers for offense

Last time Kempe was tried at center for the NT, De La Rose surpassed him.

JEE missed last night's game due to injury. When healthy, he's a really good player, with excellent pbhysicality and defense, but he has been dragging his ass around for 3 months. Team Sweden should really look to alternatives. Brodin, OTOH, looks vg, despite missing games due to injury. Had an excellent game last night, as did Gus.

I'm excited to see what carlsson can do without Cronin being in charge. Get a better idea of his potential and hopefully get him his confidence back.

I think this tournament will be a good evaluation of Sam Hallam and his staff.

With several of Swedens Stars slumping/playing poorly (Zibanejad, Ep40, EK65 etc.) what will they do? Will they do what most Swedish National team coaches would do and just go with the names on the back of their jersey? And if so will they be able to make them perform? Or will they rely more on players who are currently playing well (Rakell and Raymond for example)?
