Tough to beat a team twice in a tournament like this...Alright Canada, let’s do this.
Boston, Championship, we’ve beat you already.
Can’t wait.
Reports here said he was feeling ill in the game vs Finland, that's why he got pulled. So far, all Wild players have had decent or better tournaments. I guess Gus had the worst one, but he had some good moments.
Hey, this is a hockey board. I don't care what you do behind closed doors, but please, keep it to yourself.Sweden undefeated in regulation, the only team that got points in all the games.
Ek impressive, played 22.40 with a +2. Total 1+1, +4. Best center in my opinion.
Brodin 15.57 TOI, scored 1 goal in 3 games.
Good luck to team USA vs Canada, I will be cheering for you. Give them a big spanking!

Benjamine Moore: Intrigue 1580.
I've got the purchase link. How many coats would you like?
His baby needs to boost their immune system. Feel like Gus has been sick for months at this point.Reports here said he was feeling ill in the game vs Finland, that's why he got pulled.
I wish there was an "Agree" or "100%" option under the like button, because I don't like what you've said, but I agree with you and have had those same questions for a long time now. Some Wild players seem to get injured and re-injured regularly, and have since the franchise began (Gaborik, Kaprizov, JEE, Spurgeon, Lauko, probably others I'm forgetting). But it's not all Wild players who ever get injured that this happens to, so maybe it's just a fact that players will sometimes have the same injury be a constant problem for the rest of their careers? Or maybe it's both, the players will have old injuries hamper them and the medical staff allows them back too soon, making the issue worse/more frequent?I know it's early, but it sounds like Team USA's medical team may have screwed the pooch with McAvoy's treatment. Bruins don't sound pleased. If, and that is a big IF, they provided poor treatment or made any mistakes, then I would be a little concerned. Why? Because Team USA's medical team is the Wild's medical team. And I've already had questions with how they've handled some stuff in the past.
You also have to remember, medical staff also relies upon player input. In this case, McAvoy clearly was pushing to be on the ice and it wasn't until his pain got worse that he thought to do otherwise.I wish there was an "Agree" or "100%" option under the like button, because I don't like what you've said, but I agree with you and have had those same questions for a long time now. FWIW the Bruinis were upset with the Wild's medical records for Pat Maroon after the trade was completed last year (per Ty Anderson, Boston Bruins beat writer). So, this isn't their first run-in with the Wild's medical staff, even in just the last 12 months.
Something to note about infections, as well, is that air travel (the trip to Boston after the Canada game) can cause infection to swell and become far more uncomfortable than it was before you took off. It's entirely possible they didn't even know he had an infection until after the plane had lifted off that night. You also have to remember, medical staff also relies upon player input. If the player isn't honest about what they are feeling from their injury because they want to play, not much any medical professional can do, as individual input has a huge impact on diagnosis.
I'm betting it would have taken A LOT for McAvoy to agree with missing the USA Canada game last weekend. Obviously in his mind, he was good to play.
