The Wild boys represent Minnesota well. Goals for both Ek and Brodin. Gus with some pretty good saves late in the third.

I noticed Brodin's usage seemed to be with Hedman, but he actually had the least TOI among all of Sweden's defenders. What's up with that?
JEE on the other hand is getting 2nd line center minutes and scoring. Love to see it!

I think if Sweden was protecting a lead he would’ve gotten more run. Also, they don’t have a single weak link in that group. Ekholm, Forsling, Hedman, Dahlin are all good two-way guys and then EK looked like his old-self pretty much the whole game.

That’s what I thought too. Was nervous that it was gonna be treated as an exhibition but seems like these guys really care.
