Quite the achievement getting in the medal round in a 4 team tournament and only two are good. I feel lame cheering for Canada with such pathetic competition

I personally doubt it when you consider the 3 best players on the planet are on team Canada. They could just double shift their best 2 lines if they are down.
Could the USA win? No doubt, but it will be close. I doubt they <destroy> as you say.

I counted super quick, but it's something like 19 for Canada and 2 for USA.
Canada also has more already established chemistry between many players. Better centerline and more experienced Ds.
If the US and Sweden win tomorrow will US let Sweden beat them on Tue so they play Sweden in the final.

As an American and 4th generation French Canadian from Quebec City (yea I know, I know), a simple thank you is all I’ve got.
Media are trying to make the USA the favorites so if Canada loose to them it's almost normal and if they beat the US it was David vs Goliath. The truth is that Canada is favorite in the real world.
