i'll say i've never seen twitter so fired up over hockey before. gotta wonder if the game saturday wasn't as physical would it still be so hyped up tonight? because every casual tonight tuning in expecting fights and stuff will be disappointed

Not too surprised by this given the ice times the past few games.

Connor had just 14:27 versus Sweden - only Trocheck and Tkachuk (both who had some injuries that game) were lower.

In the game against Canada, Connor had a team low 8:32 - nearly 2 minutes below the next guy in Trocheck, who is a center that also plays on the PK.

Team USA is still run by idiots. It's a timeless tradition.

It's like the ghosts of Poile, Lombardi and Brian Burke are still here in sprit, just when you thought things would get better with all of them in the retirement home.
