Eichel just refused to ever pass it to Hughes on the 6 on 5 lol. Either took a bad shot, or went up high to a dman.

Pretty underwhelming tournament for Jack and to an extent Haula. Bratt looked pretty good though , he earned the 1st star tonight. Could of scored on that 2 on 1 if it wasn't for Eichel's backcheck as well as the missed empty net shots.

If there is ever a game for Hughes to get a point it will be on Thursday...

Thoughts after watching Miller and Hughes try to play together…man I’m glad we didn’t make that trade.

USA has like 10 chances to get a goal. So many damn posts and just generally couldn't get it during the scrambles. Not a bad game given some injuries, IMO. I really like the USA D. Really good with puck cycling up top.

I am a little disappointed in Jacks showing so far, in the sense he can't get his points, but one more game and as long as he gets his game going with NJ again, all is good.
