At this level. Marner is the place the puck goes to die. Where did he go there? Was he on the blueline again ffs
 
Hope Makar is healthy enough to make a difference. Really missed him for his offensive drive.

Yep and it's often not talked about enough when a team struggles to score, in how much your lack of puckmoving and offensive ability from the blueline potentially stunted things.

Like you said, Losing both Makar and Theodore, who might be your two best puckmovers, was a huge loss for that game.

He got the only assist on the MacKinnon goal. Leads Marner with 1 regulation point and hit to zero.
yet marner has the goal that got canada their only 2 points

team canada's secondary scoring has been non-existent, its either been McD or Mack so they need everyone else to step up, including the 57 goal scorer and the 70 assist man
