No way. Stopping a shot off a cross ice pass like that is one of the hardest things to do as a goalie. That one is on the defence, Elias shouldn't have been able to make that pass. Somebody should have Czeched him.

I honestly do agree. I don't think he has played bad per say, but some of his pinches, or just how he goes for the puck seems extra risky and leaves to many holes.

Not calling you clueless, but Harrold really has been one of the Devils best defensemen, and unquestionably the most versatile.

The hatred he's getting after 3 games in which he's played all-in-all fairly well, while simultaneously having to deal with the lead Volchenkov anchor around his leg baffles me. Sometimes I think these things almost start as board memes and catch fire regardless of whether they make any sense or not.

Much better final 5 minutes after they looked like trash for most of the period with the exception of the Zajac and Bernier chances. Need to tighten it up if were gonna come away with 2 tonight. Unfortunately I'm not sure thats possible with this defensive group.
