I heard his name on the opening draw. He was otherwise invisible.Thoughts on Szwarz tonight? He got 13:32 TOI but I don't think I even noticed him.
Mrazek is not good either. In his last 10 starts, he's been pulled twice and has had a .906 or less in 5 of the games and 1 of his 5 good games was against the Coyotes.Actually, he does, ever since his injury. They should really be playing Mrazek at this point; he's their best goalie right now. Their two veterans, Howard and Gustavsson, should take the rest of the year off if the Red Wings want to go anywhere. Mrazek would give them their best chance to win, imo.
It really is out of the team's hands now. We needed to lose out to lock a top 2 up and we failed. Now it's up to fate to get us McDavid, Eichel is no longer in the cards.

we're the ****ing coyotes. Our luck sucks worse than our team.
If you guys finish 29th and Buffalo wins the lottery, Eichel is yours.
If you want to debate tanking please take it to the Tank thread.
Interesting indeed. 3 shot attempts for and 21 against is pretty lopsided. That "Top Scorers" table is a paper cut with lemon juice in it.Interesting comments on Scott Cullen's TSN Fantasy Column regarding the game:
Heroes:
Mark Arcobello - Playing for Arizona - he's in Arizona, right? - Arcobello had two goals, including the overtime winner, and an assist in a 5-4 overtime win at Detroit; he has 26 points (15 G, 11 A) in 69 games with four teams this season
Zeroes:
John Moore, Andrew Campbell - Moore scored a goal, but this Coyotes defence pairing was pinned in their own end (3 shot attempts for, 21 against, 12.5%) for most of the night against Detroit.
Short Shifts:
Coyotes RW David Moss, who had one goal in his first 51 games of the season, scored two, playing a season-high 16:14 at Detroit
