This is game 4....OK early in the year, sure...but the Capitals and Leafs, two teams very very comfortably in the playoffs, don't look "early" with their offense, or sharpness. We gonna get outclassed by the good teams but hang in there with the so so and bad teams this year? The Flames of the East!

Shesterkin has been great, obviously

Trouba and Miller have had a very strong 2 periods

Fox seems somewhat off tonight

Panarin some glimpses of getting into stride, which is good

Our faceoffs are really killing us this game, and missed outlet passes are hurting our possession stuff

Toronto is defering to clogging the crease and creating rebounds, they couldn't beat Igor clean on some great looks in the 1st and have given up on that

This team needs to come out and show they can play somewhat competent hockey this third period.

When you compare a team like Toronto's 1st line to the Rangers, you see just how far this team has to go to compete. And people make fun of Toronto.
Well making fun of Toronto is not without merit...making fun of the Rangers...same thing.

Agree with everything aside from Panarin getting into stride. Does not look good at all

So is Reaves just a jawer in his 30s? Has he fought for us at all, yet?
A fighter needs to have a willing opponent unless a real cheap shot enters the equation.

Dude has been exactly as advertised: hits everything in sight (that he can catch) hard, and is kind of bad at most other aspects of hockey.
