I'm seriously tired of knowing that all of my teams are not good enough in October every year. No cup contender looks like this ever. I don't care that there are 82 games. Sorry if I'm being repetitive but this team's ceiling is 100% not winning the cup, I don't know what it'll be. Maybe we'll get lucky and get a shit opponent in the first round and win. Maybe we'll even get 110 points again because there's just so much shit in this league. But a cup win ain't happening. Watching them now is empty calories.
Snowblind and inferior teams.

Name a more iconic duo.

So that’s where the issues come in. The Chytil line has been amazing, do you really wanna break them up? The Panarin line has been good too and has played together for a long time. You run the risk of having your top 9 go cold at the same time by mixing things up, even though we all know Mika and Kreider are invisible 5 on 5. At least we know what matching Halloween costumes they’re gonna wear on Thursday.
Agreed, we can't mess with the other 2 'good' lines and we don't have any center depth so we can't even really 'promote' anyone into Mika's spot for a game or 2

Honestly, I think maybe you flip Chytil and Mika and leave everyone else in tact. Mika won’t disrupt the board play of Kakko and Cuylle because we all know Mika doesn’t go to those areas, maybe the 2 of them grind it out and find Mika for scoring chances. Then Chytil with Kreider and Smith, Kreider sucks transitioning the puck through the neutral zone while Chytil is great at the transition game. And then Smith is just the complimentary piece.

Sooner or later Mancini will be out. Schneider will go back to the right side and Jones will come in. It's a numbers game. Lindgren's not coming out. And Schneider won't play the whole season on the left side. Unless they really don't want Jones.

Until they convince me otherwise, I have to assume they don't want Jones.

Do you guys follow Jon Chik on Locked On New York Rangers? He's ok but he's got a Lindgren fetish, and his entire argument is that he bleeds for the team. Does Lavi see that and think he brings toughness as a result?

A big part of NYR marketing is pushing players who try hard, whether they are good or not.

And it seeps into the fandom.
