Staal was so good before the eye injury. So depressing. I remember doc calling it a loss with 18 seconds to go. f*** what a playoff run.
It shouldn't be unexpected when we are so poor 5v5. Sometimes the goaltending can't play beyond expectation.I feel like this was somewhat expected?
They win a few in a row, then fall apart and lose a few in a row. They close the playoff gap and their pick drops to 14th, and then they lose a few and they're back in the top 10. I kind of expect this pattern to continue.
I remember him saying it and my mom asking why would he say that? I think I understood what he meant. But I guess for us who saw 94 it’ll probably not happen againThis is all Sam Rosen's fault.
He said this one will last a lifetime. But we didn't make him specify whether or not he meant his.
they seem to forget to lift sticks in front of the net for tens of shifts at a time. so much of it is so basicIt shouldn't be unexpected when we are so poor 5v5. Sometimes the goaltending can't play beyond expectation.

They seem to do a lot of things that are headscratching with the puck, some of it inexperience and immaturity, some of it coaching. How much is one and how much is the other?they seem to forget to lift sticks in front of the net for tens of shifts at a time. so much of it is so basic
The results aren't unexpected given the metrics. It shouldn't be unexpected when we are so poor 5v5. Sometimes the goaltending can't play beyond expectation.
Absolutely.I sound like a broken record, and I hate doing that because I know how annoying it is, but Panarin, Zibanejad and goaltending are masking a lot of problems and have carried this team quite a bit.
If Panarin isn't a Hart Finalist, the league might as well just pick names out of a damn hat.
I’ve said it before, this team sucks at all the “little things”. Faceoffs, board battles, crashing the net, tying guys up in front, deflecting shots (my count is zero deflection goals on the season), forcing turnovers, the list goes on .I sound like a broken record, and I hate doing that because I know how annoying it is, but Panarin, Zibanejad and goaltending are masking a lot of problems and have carried this team quite a bit.

Damn you Kenny Albert

1st world problems - I still get irrationally angry when the top 3 are named 'finalists' for NHL awards that have no finals series. And yes I know the terminology will never change...
Happy New Year, y'all!Happy, Healthy and Prosperous 2020 to all my fellow HF Rangers posters and their families!
while you are overwhelming right here, they do have deflection goals lolI’ve said it before, this team sucks at all the “little things”. Well, there's a growing movement within the league to have award winners determined by an end-of-season slap fight competition.
I think it's a few years off, but keep it on your radar.
This is the kind of forward thinking the league needs!
I can’t recall anywhile you are overwhelming right here, they do have deflection goals lol
Damn, Fox has been trouble getting his shot on net
