That was a bad angle shot that snuck through him. I hate how because something is a partial breakaway that automatically absolves the goalie.

Backstrom still had a lot of net to shoot at, I hate how every other goal is a soft on on these boards

You who have followed NHL for years, how much does it take for a coach to scratch a big name?

Nash needs to sit some games. Does AV have the guts to do it?

Players like Nash don't get healthy scratched. Even Gaborik wasn't healthy scratched when he was having an abysmal year last season.

we need to kill the PP in the top of the 3rd. That is pretty much the game. We are forechecking well and getting chances. It pisses me off that we were outplaying them and then one bad bounce and we are down 1

Rangers will give up the quick PP goal at the start of the period. This bunch of nothings lacks the character to bounce back from such a deflating goal.

I remember when Redden was healthy scratched a few years ago, and there were all those reports about how he stormed into the coach's office flipping his lid over it. Frankly, it should happen more often. See if you can't find whatever shred of pride Nash used to have before he became comfortable with losing in Columbus.

Strange, im pretty sure we did just that most games lately

2nd goal, bad bad DZ putting it off the boards instead of making a simple pass to McD

Not what I meant by a lot of net..
maybe it was golden boy's fault at the blue line.. But **** happens. Rangers not scoring is a much bigger issue any way

"Golden boy" has been by far our best D-man. I also am more lenient on Talbot because he's young and has overall played well. You hate how every goal is a softy, I hate how every goal comes with a million excuses. This wasn't the worst goal ever but he should have had it.

Edit: By far our best player in general.
