I agree that winning isn't a priority. Hasn't been for a few seasons.

I don't know yet if Hakstol is good for the kids or not. I am hoping there is a method in the madness; that getting the prospects ready for a championship run in a couple of seasons is the actual goal. But that's just me trying to rationalize the scratching. Time will tell.

If winning and making the playoffs wasn't a priority for Hextall, Provorov and Konecny would be in Junior.

The scratching did nothing for Ghost.

It will do nothing for TK.

It will just make us worse and decrease our chances at winning the game.

Awful.

We won the game Ghost was scratched for despite your dozens of angry posts about it guaranteeing a loss.

These surprises scratches are worth it just to see you flip out like a five year old.

That game was against the Jets. Tonight we play the Sharks minus one of our best 6 forwards..willingly.

Surprised you took some time away from worshipping MacDonald to reply to my comment.

The only explanation I can see him having is saying "well Gudas is out, so I'll put Gordan in for a more defensive role"

Pretty ****** that it's the guy with the 2 assist and playing hard game in and game out

**** off.

Yeh.

Just ridiculous.

Great message to send... "This guy played well last game while most of you played like ****, but he is 19 years old so he sits instead of the guys who are AHLers and play crap most games."

Maybe there was some behind-the-scenes conflict like him showing up late to something important. Otherwise this **** is indefensible.

Logical assumption some people will get their 10-14-17 line they wanted to see?

Possibly, but Leier's position interests me more. I figured he had to go down when Read and Streit were healthy, which could be in a game or two.

But maybe not if he stays in the top 6.

Just saw TK scratched. Why??

Maybe a behind the scene reason?? It makes no sense. He goes pointless in 4 games, then gets 2points and +1, THEN gets scratched?? So confused.

I really thought adding Hak would be great for the kids as he is used to dealing with 18-22 year olds. Instead, he continues to make moves that make us worse.

:shakehead

Do I really want to stay up and watch from 11-2am tonight?

AMac, Manning, and Schultz are all playing...I guarantee you Striiker has already started drinking lol.

Started? He's already passed out.

I actually don't drink, instead I cope with the pain this team causes by writing mean posts on a hockey forum. ;)

But to be honest I'm super excited about tonight. As you know I'm Mannings biggest supporter so I think he's gonna do great. I'm calling a goal and a fight against Thornton.
