Out of 1042 team seasons over the 40 years, this Flyers team on the PP are at 1013 with 12.8%. Out of 1042 team seasons over the last 40 years, this Flyers team on the PK are 999 with 77.4%. This team is a special teams nightmare and it needs to be f***ing changed at the coaching level.

I really think we sometimes downplay (ed) just how bad the coaching is/was.

Honestly. How many other NHL clubs would willingly now go and hire Hakstol or Knob. Lappy? Hell even Gordon?

This is bottom of the barrel stuff. Yeah there are player issues, but you can’t employ morons behind the bench year after year with as much financial power as this organization has. Strange.

In the last 5 years they were 3rd in 2014-15, the middle of the pack for three years in a row, and are now dead last.

How is that in indictment on Ghost?

Yeh, a 5 pointer somewhere. Legitimately can’t remember a play other than that though. His points are still there, but it’s so quiet.

Steadily worse? It was basically the same for almost 250 games and has completely cratered this year.

Explain, in detail, how that is on Ghost.

The PP imo has done downhill for two reasons. They lack the Hartnell/Schenn shot threat right now. I love Couturier but get him out of that spot.

PP has also declined ever since Knob took it over.

Voracek is also playing some meh hockey. I don’t know. Just blow it all up. Who cares anymore.
