Oh I do think there's genuinely something to that, there have been some really clear momentum swings after the power kill.I know this is (well-played) sarcasm, but there might be something to it. How deflating must it be to continually fail at the power play? We didn't have to worry about that tonight! The Jets played like little angels out there.
Yah with a decent pp this year. We would probably be in a wild card spot. That's how much our lifeless pp has beenOh I do think there's genuinely something to that, there have been some really clear momentum swings after the power kill.
It's just also funny right now.
I was trying to put my finger on how to evaluate this team and you nailed it. According to monkeypuck, the Ducks are the 4th highest in Goals differential above expected which means they're finishing at a higher rate than they should. NHL Team StatsThe good news is that the vets are finally carrying some of the play. It allows the younger players to have more space and just play their game. Relying on incredible goaltending and lucky goals can only go so far. They have to drive and sustain more offense as a team. These games are fun to watch and that's really all I can ask for. Also, Terry's importance to the success of this team cannot be understated. He's a beast.
Anyway we can get these stats for the last 10 or 15 games?I was trying to put my finger on how to evaluate this team and you nailed it.
