Probably. Gauthier is unproven, he's had two years of college and is having a mediocre rookie year (9 ES points in 33 games playing 3rd line minutes), so his upside is more in question than a year ago.Gun to the head.

Meanwhile, Drysdale has shown significant improvement.
Both are risky, neither is likely to play up to their draft position, Gauthier is a better bet than Drysdale, but not by a wide margin.
However, the Anaheim 2nd is probably going to be in the top 40, so that tips the scales.
Problem is 3 year average for Drysdale is misleading.
He got really screwed over in Anaheim. Rushed to the NHL then jacked around.
